I heard this story a few months ago. I was like," I cannot believe it." What is next?
Remember, this is something new. It has never been heard before. That is why this is on the media. I feel bad for the kid.

Yes, some commercials are very good. For example, the one that came out during the 1995 Super Bowl. It was for Budweiser. There are three frogs saying Bud weis er

I completely agree with you. I feel parents should be more involved in a kids life and know what their kids are watching and listening to. They are being fed with it every single day because it is all they play on the radio so theyre forced to listen.

The video that you added is really powerful; the cuts are intensenly fast, meaning that constantly negative information goes into our encoded memories, which is a scary thought. Negative reinforcement is constantly bombarding children. It is frightening. As a woman I can relate to that, I can associate. In my teenage years: I consumed pills, devoted laxatives, and faced bulimia. After some psychological therapy, I now see myself as an authorative woman who dominantes her own destiny without worring as much as before about weight. Still I do have my moments, but I’ve not been vomiting ever since I closed that chapter of my life. I stopped and that’s it.

Good video of the representation of women in the media in the US.. I was curious, in your country are women portrayed as sex objects? and if so.. how do men in your country view women as oppose to men in the US.

In the US, men are very unique group as consumers. Men are difficult creatures to persuade to buy a product or even look at one. Hence forth, lets use sex, I don't know when advertisers started to adopt this theory, but if it did't work... no sex in advertising, ..and if so, women would be less of a consumer because the images we see at this stage, no need to buy to impress yourself and others..... "The media is an my psyche... get out" ...lol
